When you have the chance it's always good to just stay low and go out to enjoy yourself on a vacation. You really would feel good when you do something like that.
Most people don't take their time to cool off and so feel stressed for a long period of time and it most times leads to sickness or ailment. No matter how positive the thing you're doing is. Once it's stressful don't do it for a long period of time without taking some time out from it.
The body isn't made for stress all the days of its life and that's why there are times of the day made for rest only and you should make use of those times. Apart from those you should also take some time out, go and just enjoy nature and the view of it.
And one thing is doing that would even make you come back more stronger than you were and more energetic too.
