To give a little bit of recap of this rock and rolling crazy 2021, What where my greatest lessons personally from 2021 so far?
It was indeed a rough start and incredibly a difficult year, some challenges I've never faced in my life occured and luckily survived them all. The year also felt like a start of growth and a learning phase for me.
Looking back at the horrors of 2020 as one of the years that changed humanity completely. There where a lot of suprising things i actually discovered about myself going into 2021.
I dont know how you feel about 2021 whether you are stressed out about the year or you are like happy and fulfilled or you feel frustrated. Wherever you are right now I hope you take a bit of practice at the end let's say "what where the biggest 'punch me in the head' kind of lessons I learned?
So that you can carry those lessons into the other half of 2021 and accelerate your success far beyond this year even much faster.
Things started happening first was me having the best grade I've ever had after all the struggle of having all my lectures during the pandemic, from an online class to a physical examination. At some point I felt this as a challenge, time wasnt on my side, I did not cover all that needed to be covered, I am happy it turned out to be amazing.
It didnt stop there I've also had a lot of travel times this year, where I've had to work with people at far distances, some days to the village to meet with family, and also events that took place. It's been a beautiful experience along the way.
This same year well not too long ago I heard about Read.cash from a friend in school, I saw most of his content and wanted to do same. I have learnt a lot being here, this platform has become a place where I can share my thought and opinions and learn from others.
Readcash has been a platform that just takes weeks and weeks of putting up new stuffs out there for the larger audiences, and this right here has been an amazing piece, I hope to become more impactful for the rest of the year.
I also had lots of fun and lost friends also who where dear to me. As we head into the final part of this year, to say it was a busy year would be crazy, these where the toughest things that happened along the way.
It has been so far a transitioning year, where by a lot of people are involved with a lot of big goals, and a lot of big dreams.
So I thought I'd share all that content just to say out all that insanity and here are the four things that i learned that kept dwelling in my head to figure out.
1. My Health
I've always worked extremely hard to maintain an incredible level of energy, in my mental, emotional, physical state and spiritual being just trying to do everything I can, in the way that I workout to the way that I consume to alsowhat i dont consume, to how I rest, to how I meditate, and to how I recover.
Everything in my life has always been "how do I bring joy?" How do i do that specifically: with what happened I kind of had my health taken from me a bit.
In mid-February, I got pneumonia from having to shuffle between school and work, went under the cold whether neglecting my reactions to cold.
Stretching myself with doing multiple things at the same time, even up to this point I'm still honestly currently recovering from it, I still have the feeling sometimes.
I went through some test and it was promising that I'll get better. I felt down and completely out of order everytime the pain came back which took that boldness and a good state of mind to start anything I planned to do.
I lost the motivation with the sickness, no excitement for me about what I was to expect.
What i did was work on my self and tried to get better.
So my aim for the next half of 2021 is an absolute focus on getting my overall health back up to the level I want and a recovery from pneumonia finally.
So the question i ask today is
"What could you do to dramatically advance your health this year?"
"If you going to make it your best year ever what would you have to stop eating, or stop doing and what would you start eating and start doing?"
"What would be your recovery practise?"
"What would be your sleep practise?"
"What would be your workout practise?"
"What type diet or exercise routines would you go into?"
About your mental health:
"How would you stay motivated?"
"How are you going to stay focused throughout the year?"
These are the questions on my mind right now while writing this article I hope they're on your mind as well. The next is;
2. Team work
"Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." Andrew Carnegie
Who are the people I work with and talk with that has contributed much into my life?, have they been helpful in my journey? How do you build team work?
There are people that can help you with whatever you are going through, it may be in helping out for your business, organisation, homes and can make it a lot easier for you.
Involve them, work together, most times actually certain jobs require you to be fast or else you lose it, look for teams that are good in various approaches and build them. This simply means you dont overwork yourself when there are various kinds of professionals that can solve your problems.
3. Involvements
I would have achieved a lot in parts of my life if I had involved one or two persons for their advice and paid attention to them.
Some people remain alone all the time in whatsoever goals and dreaming process not knowing that the next person can be of help and can lead you way up. You can involve your partners, spouses, friends and families in some of the big things you have coming up in the rest of 2021.
Involve somebody in that line of business, do not underestimate people.
I'm encouraging you to become courageous and connect with that group or the person that is familiar with your desires in life.
Two heads are better than one most especially let that person be a close relative or any significant order, brainstorm together and just watch how things will turn out good for you.
4. Find out what people know about you
Find out what people say or know about you to organize your life better. You could talk to two or three people, and ask questions about certain areas in your life. I did that ones with a couple of friends and I got a negative and a positive answer regarding some aspect of my life, then I started to work on my self to become better.
