Unknowingly, he accepted the lie very naturally. Then he doesn't think the lie is a lie anymore.
He grows up seeing false behavior and at one point he deviates from the truth with others. And thus the truth vanishes from our hearts. Either from society. We are deprived of gaining insight. I can't love even if I can recognize the truth by using my conscience and intellect when I grow up because of my acquaintance and friendship with lies in my childhood. Fear of hearing the truth. Fear of admitting the truth. Can't recognize real-fake. I can't tell the difference between truth and falsehood. So we have to create a sincere environment for the liberation of our future generations, for our peace.
Sometimes in life we may accept lies instead of truth. But we never think that the loss is ours. Truth means pure, real, unadulterated. Releases the truth. True light. True peace of mind. Truth leads to justice. Really beautiful. Truth is a force. Truth leads to paradise. And lying means fake, deceitful, fake. False darkness. Falsehood shows the way to injustice. Destroys lies. Falsehood leads to hell. Lying may sometimes bring happiness in life but does not bring relief. The happiness of lies does not last.
The truth should be told even if it is to be punished. You will be released to yourself. Acknowledging some truths can bring storms in life. May cause unrest. Then it may take time to accept the truth. Yet the truth is always acceptable. Lies are always discarded. Lies themselves are dark, so they darken the heart. We cannot then distinguish between truth and falsehood. All the great sages of the world have always told the truth. Got taught to tell the truth. There are examples in this world of a great personality who died trying to find out the truth.
Jesus Christ was crucified for the truth. The truthful Joan of Arc who was falsely accused of being a 'witch' has been burnt to death. The knowledge-loving philosopher Socrates had to give his life by drinking ‘Hemlock poison’ to uphold the truth. These are the ones that live on in the history of human civilization. And one of the great examples of truthfulness is Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH); Whom his eternal enemies used to call 'Al Amin'. The liars have been thrown into the dustbin of history. Such as Pharaoh, Hitler, Mussolini. Everyone hates them. No one names a child after them. So in order to lead the society and the country in the right and beautiful way, we have to walk on the path of truth and move forward.
Since truth is light, truth enlightens the heart. In that light we can recognize ourselves. I can recognize the real-fake. We can recognize the Creator. "One should be firm in the truth. Fear is the cause of liberation. Falsehood is the cause of security and aristocracy." I know and believe that today or tomorrow, the victory of truth is inevitable. And lies have to be defeated
