Not only 'human' robots, Tesla will release a car without a steering wheel in 2023.

The automotive and energy storage company from the United States, Tesla, continues to develop innovative products today.

Some time ago, the company planned to develop a humanoid robot. The latest, Tesla plans to make an electric car for 25,000 US dollars which was announced in 2023.

Interestingly, tech billionaire Elon Musk hinted that the vehicle might not be equipped with a steering wheel. Earlier, Musk noted that a new price point was achieved through Tesla's new battery cells and battery manufacturing efforts, which could reduce battery costs by more than 50 percent.

Tesla's $25,000 electric car is expected to be a new electric hatchback manufactured at the Shanghai Gigafactory in China and exported globally. Meanwhile, in August 2021, Musk had plans that the company was working on a humanoid robot.

According to a report by The Verge, a prototype of the robot will be ready sometime next year.Named Tesla Bot, Musk said it would leverage Tesla's experience working with automated machines.

The Tesla CEO further revealed that the Tesla robot will be about 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weigh around 125 pounds.

There will be screens for faces and the robot is modified to be friendly to humans. Musk also said that Tesla is designing robots on a mechanical level. "It's meant to be friendly and navigate through a world built for humans," he said.
