What is the meaning of this?

The fund is not held by read.cash, it is just what donators have pledged to donate. When you get BCH for your points, it comes from an individual donator, not from read.cash, so you are paid when just that specific donator goes online. Why can read.cash not hold the fund? There are legal reasons for that. According to law they cannot hold funds for others without a licence which, if they at all can get it, would be very expensive and put them under onerous control by authorities. Everything would cost a lot of money and become very complicated. So you will get your BCH when the donator comes online, and that can take a few days, although it usually takes less than a day.
hintayin mo lang na mapaid yan pag paid na yan papasok yan sa dollars. then pag pumasok na pwede mo na icashout. ganyan talaga dito. aalisin na nila yung points mo yesterday para makita mo din yung points na naiipon mo for this day pero hindi nakasulat pa din yung points na inalis nila hanggat d ipa nagoonline ang mga maglilipat ng funds sa accnt mo dito... :) wait mo lang. hindi aabot ng isang araw yan mamaya meron na yan hehe
