Yeast infection is an irritating ichy infection women mostly have and the following are the cause of yeast infection.
Dirty sanitary pads: mostly there some women who have little flow when hey are on their periods so they stay with their pads for a long time not knowing that they are creating a problem in the long run hence developing a an itchy rash too .
Bathing: woman have discharge from every hour and there so if a lady stays for a lot of hours with bathing the discharge becomes infectious and unfit for proper virgin care
Unwashed under wear : wearing a dirty underwear adds up to having yeast infection cause the dirt on the underwear will start entering your virgina back and dirt will definitely affect u .
So basically to avoid yeast the one thing that's supposed to be done is practice high hygiene habits cause the Virgina despite it being a self cleanitory organ it needs help from yourself to stay more clean and avoid infections every now and then
