Lastly, depression among these three, is the worst situation to encounter. Just as how any psychology-related doctors and patients described it. It is more that just a feeling of being sad and alone. It is more of likely combination of multiple negative feelings that causes for ones psychological state to weaken and break down until coming to the point that this wont just affect but worse, change the common day to day living of a person. People that are suffering from depression are usually having hard time expressing themselves, simultaneously feeling emptiness unreasonable sadness and unbearable pain that even them didnt know the reason. It is as if losing control of feelings. Once that a person is starter to think or worse have marks of harming his/her in his/her body, it is warning that his/her state is into a serious condition and prescribe to talk with someone and check on to a doctor. But even if most of the people that suffer from this insist that there is no reason, there should be. It could probably start as a stress or anxiety but they refuse to look on to and be warned until coming to the point of inability to handle anymore. Depression is alarming because it is one of the major causes of death not only in the philippines but all over the world.
If ever you, or someone you know has changed his/her personality, behavior, social relationships and other aspects of her normal activities, should be alarmed and look and understand after it before it would come far too late. Every major cases comes from the very little ones that once belittled and ignored may affect not just one but more population in worse cases.
