Hi everyone, some people now feel depression why because of the pandemic? maybe? because os school? maybe, because of family? maybe, or because of being alone? maybe. Some of as feel depression, anxiety, feeling alone. the question is???? How we can fight our own depression?. I just want to share something guys.. I just want so say how i fight depression specially Im a frontliner. every frontliner feel depressed because they cant go with there family because they handling COVID PATIENT. how can I say they feel depressed because of this no. 1 they became alone. everytime we feel alone we do calling friends, family etc. the reason why they calling them because they want to feel that there not alone. next being depressed because of school I know everyone of us we really feel depressed everytime we cant finish on time.. right now I know everyone feel mo depressed why because of online class some of us cant afford computer. but how we can cope for this depression for me the best way to handle this problem is accept the reality if you cant afford to buy computer you can learn asking someone to teach you.. I know some of your teacher wants to teach you even without computers.
