We all know the benefits of milk , and we also know the different ways to consume milk ,
Today I wanted to share my personal experiences about  milk ,
It's well known that ayurveda always recommend drinking hot milk before bed ð,
They said that milk has  tryptophan in it ,
 which is an amino acid that helps us sleep better!
Tryptophan converts into Harmone, serotonin which also helps us relaxing and provide  pleasure.
It also increase malatonin in body which is again also helps us with better sleep,
I sometimes stuffers with insomnia,
So someone suggested me to drink hot milk before bed and trust me  it does wonders for me ,
Another point I wanted to add that
being mother I have to be very active all day long and it makes me tired and sometimes I have body aches ,
So drinking hot milk with one table spoon honey ð¯ or Cinnamon is not less then a pain reliever !!
I suggest 100% to drink hot milk at night .
I never like cold milk , (it's personal preference though)
But in my opinion warm or hot milk is wayy better then cold !
