Depression is somthing which can destroy you in every aspect of life but you can easily control it through your mind.if you are able to control your nerve then you can easily fight with such types of problems eg depression, anxiety,and stress..

.How to control your subconscious mind

our about 90 percent mind is subconscious which carry things without your permission then it cause problems ...i suggest to take it easy and not to worry about it but seek how to control it.Always think positive is the major point to control it.

.What should be daily routine

In early morning you should get up and make your room in order make your bed proper.if you do like then you will complete your first task of the day and after this you will give some more tasks to yourself .this is positive activity.take your three meals in time.take little bit exercise daily ..

.Accept deppresion

If you are depressed person for a long time then think about it that it is only in your mind .Actually nothing is going to happen which mkes you depress this is only in your mind which make habit to release tension harmones in your mind.if you think postive and make it your habit then your mind will release harmones of happiness...in this way you will overcome your deppresion.

"EVERYTHING IS IN YOUR MIND ,IF YOU THINK SHY YOU ACT SHY IF YOU THINK CONFIDENT YOU ACT CONFIDENT"

Same rule apply for depression. If you think negative you will definitely get depressed but if you think positive you will always stay happy.🙂🙂

So if you want to get rid of depression always stay positive no matter what the situation is. Accept your mistakes . Don't blame others.

And the last but not the least . Never compare yourself to others .

I agree to your article.If we really want to avoid depression we need to think positively in life.Dont focus on our problems but rather think a solution so that we can finally overcome it.Depression really exist especially in this time of pandemic.Many people are experiencing depression because we are just staying inside the house.Maybe sometimes we get bored and think that we have nothing to do.Just keep on mind that though there is pandemic we should focus on our goals and just keep on praying.
