Here are 6 things that everyone should do before going to sleep. Make it your habit , success will be yours. Try to exercise this from today.

1.Wrap up your day

Life is too short , you have to do alot of things . So if you have promised a dinner with your family make sure to you do that .

You have to allocate time for each category well . Sleep , work and time for other activities too. Decide that the day is ended and you will go to another phase of the day. Try to think about your whole day activities . And thinks where I am going wrong and where right and try to fix it the next day. This habit will surely change your life and your perception as well. So try to exercise this ftom tonight and see the difference after a week or too.

2.READ BOOKS

Many successful people in the world are varacious reader . They read and they learn from other . Reading can shortcut your journey to success. Make a habit to read a book atleast 2 or 3 pages before going to bed. This habit will surely make you a successful person .

3.Spend quality time with family and friends.

Yep, success starts from within. You have to spend quality time with your family and friends in order to get connected and stay connected. Some people choose to meet up with their friends every Wednesday, and the rest of the days they will just spend time with their family members. It all depends on how you allocate your time.So from today try to spend a little bit time with your family. Don't go to bed directly after coming from work

4.Plan for the next day .

This is one of the most important thing you can do before going to sleep. Make a plan for you next day activities and stick to that plan . Write down what will you do next day and how ? Once you try this for a week it will become your habit . And a habit stick to person almost for whole life.

I think this 4 habit are extremely easy to exercise .Everyone can exercise it quiet easily. Just get a start from today and stick to this for a week. After a week you will exercise it automatically without any energy. And i think this is the shortcut to success.
