Though there are still some unknown platforms or exchanges that may be accepting Bitcoin Cash that i may not be aware of, but in this article i am going to be revealing the centralized exchanges that accepts Bitcoin Cash, meaning one can send and receive Bitcoin Cash in Nigeria, most are owned by Nigerian while some are African owned but put Nigeria at the center of it.
Centralized exchanges are crypto platforms where you can trade various cryptocurrencies, ranging from Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash and other altcoins. even though centralized exchanges are not so advisable to store crypto, instead they are needed to buy cryptos we need to stock up, but the good advice has always been dont store your investments on centralized exchanges, they could be hacked anytime, even the Almighty Binance was once hacked.
List of Nigerian owned Crypto Exchanges that Accepts Bitcoin cash.
Bundle:
Bundle claims not to be a cryptocurrency exchange, but like a middle men between the person transacting and the cryptocurrency exchanges, making it easier for one to buy and sell, sell and temporarily store cryptocurrency. Actually this is my best one i use to withdraw my Bitcoin Cash to my bank account and spend in Fiat, its faster and the P2P function is secured too with the help of escrow account, where ones account is locked until you confirm and release the fund to the trade. This is owned by Yele Bademosi, a formal director at binance Labs, the p2p exchange is done by clicking on the "add cash" to add naira to the Naira wallet, and "Cash Out" to withdraw to ones local bank.
Remitano:
This is an online platform which provides an escrow p2p crypto kind of transaction, which supports buying and selling of cryptos, this means users can buy and sell any crypto with their fiat currencies or any other cryptos. This is also an exciting platform that supports Bitcoin Cash trading, where you can send and receive BCH, even though i have not used it before, they have a good and a reliable platform, so far they support BCH, more so they also have a native token named "RENEC" which is a token of the remitano network to be used as fees and facilitate quick transaction.
Quidax:
This is one of the good exchange in Nigeria owned by a Nigerian, a person of Buchi okoro, according to my research, this is a digital assets exchange that allows users to buy and sell cryptocurrency with their local currency. This exchange was launched in August 2018, and they center on building Cryptocurrency in Africa, one can trade more than 20 cryptos on the platform including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and other altcoins, meanwhile the exchange has launched its native token "QDX" recently, that will power the platform and be used as fees.
Luno:
This is my ever first crypto exchange i have used and loved back then, its faster, and reliable, another thing i like about them is that they have a good security system, so your funds are safe. they are available in over 40 countries with over 2million users with the headquarter based in London. Luno claims their mission is to accelerate a better financial system, they are making this a reality by supporting other crypto exchanges to receive crypto and store them. their p2p system is one of the best i have seen so far among the rest, they only have 1 third party payment system that only allows you to redeem your voucher before you can fill your naira portfolio or withdraw to your local bank, they only supports 6 cryptos of which Bitcoin Cash stands out among them.
Roqqu:
This was my second best to buy, sell, receive or send my cryptos to other wallets, it was founded in year 2019 with the head office situated on the Lagos island, they are also one of the easiest way to buy and sell your cryptos, especially Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum, so far you have your debit card, they also offers a p2p trading where you can buy or sell tokens from person to person, though they recently changed their p2p method which i feel has affected them a lot. Its a Nigerian Owned crypto company, even though they were having an issue with the withdrawals and depositing lately, i believe that could be resolved in no time.
There are other various crypto currency exchange that supports Bitcoin Cash, but the mentioned ones are some of the Major platforms that accepts Receiving and sending Bitcoin Cash to another wallets, even withdrawing to local banks.
