Recipe

1 1/2 cup apf

1/2 cup cake flour

2 1/2 tbsp baking powder

3/4 cup white sugar

2 tbsp.oil

1 tbsp.vanilla

1 large egg

5drops food color blue

1 1/4 cup water

cheese for toppings

Procedure

sift and mix dry ingredients,mix in a bowl the wet ingredients and add it to the dry ingredients lastly the food color then rest for 15-20minutes,.boil water in the steamer,brush the puto molder with a margarine before putting puto mixture,steam for 10-12 minutes medium fire.,large molder makes 20pcs.puto cheese,enjoy..
