Upon waking up I hear my neighbor singing a happy birthday song to her child, what a sweet gesture from a first time mom who is celebrating her child first bday😍. At sa laha ng may kaarawan ngayon, happy happy birtday po! Let us start the day with a prayer and stretching our body for a healthy mind and spirit the whole day.
