Making Tofu Nugget Snacks

I am back again with a blog of very easy recipes for meals and snacks that you can make yourself at home without a lot of money and time. The ingredients you need to prepare to make tofu nuggets are very simple and you can buy all the ingredients needed for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or convenience store in your city. The first ingredients you need to prepare are carrots, wheat flour, tapioca flour, tofu, eggs, spices, onion and salt. Once you have all the ingredients ready, let's start with the first step.
The first step is to prepare a good carrot and after washing it, cut the carrot into small pieces like in the photo above.
In the second step, after you have finished cutting the carrots, prepare 5 shallots and slice all the shallots.
Step three, after slicing all the onions, prepare a frying pan, put some oil and put all the onions. Then fry the onion until the onion turns brown in color.
Step four, after frying the shallots, the next thing you need to do is prepare a blender and put 500 grams of tofu into the blender. Then, blend until the tofu is really smooth.
Step five, after the tofu has been blended until it is completely smooth, add all the carrots that you cut earlier and blend until the carrots are smooth like in the photo above.
Step six, after blending the carrots until smooth all you need to do is prepare a place, put all the tofu you blended earlier, add 6 tablespoons of wheat flour, 5 tablespoons of tapioca flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of spices and all the fried onions. Then stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Step seven, after mixing everything well, add 1 egg and optionally some curry powder. Then mix again until well mixed and it becomes a paste like in the photo above.
In step eight, after the eggs have been mixed until well incorporated, now put the whole batter on an oiled baking sheet and then steam the nugget batter for about 20 minutes. Remember to preheat the steamer for just a few minutes.
Step nine, once the tofu nugget mixture has been steamed, remove the tofu nuggets from the pan and cut the tofu nuggets to your liking. Usually the tofu nuggets are square shaped.
In step ten, after you have finished cutting the tofu nuggets, prepare a solution of flour and panir flour. Next, dip the tofu nuggets in the flour solution and then coat them with breadcrumbs. Repeat until everything is finished.
In the last step, once everything is done, fry the tofu nuggets over medium heat only until they turn brownish on all sides.
And finally, you can serve nugget tofu snacks for your family or friends. This snack is very suitable to be eaten with chili sauce and paprika to make it spicier.
