Assalamualaikum ♥️
The rotation of day and night is a sign of the might of Allah Ta'ala. The constant movement of day and night is a great grace from Allah Ta'ala for the servant. In the Qur'an, it is said, "And He is the One Who made the night and the day to follow each other, for him who seeks to understand or desires to give thanks" (Surat al-Furqan, verse 62).
Of the Arabic months, the month of Rabiul Awwal is particularly significant. This month commemorates the brightest chapter in human history. In the same month Sayyidul Mursalin, Khatamun Nabiyyin Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) came to this earth, again in the same month he took leave of this mortal world in response to the call of his lord after fulfilling the duty of the message entrusted to him and went to Allah Ta'ala. In the same month he left his native Mecca and migrated to Medina. So on the one hand the good fortune of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in this month delights the world, on the other hand his departure in this month saddens the Muslim world. So this month is both a month of mourning and joy. That is why this month has a special greatness and superiority over other months.
Rabiul Awal means the first spring. Just as the old leaves of a tree fall with the arrival of spring and the tree is revived with new leaves, so with the advent of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) the Shari'ah of the Prophets of the past was abolished and the Shari'ah of Muhammad (peace be upon him) was revived and fulfilled.
The virtues of this month are immense. In some hadiths, the special virtue of fasting on the first day of Rabiul Awal has been described. It is narrated in the hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘Whoever fasts on the first day of this month. Allah Ta'ala will give him the reward of fasting for a whole year. 'Besides, it is very important to recite Darood on the Prophet in this month. It has been narrated in the hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Whoever recites the darood on me once, I will recite the darood 100 times on him.” The virtue of supererogatory worship has also been described. However, the authenticity of the hadiths is weak.
The importance of this month is also immense due to social and traditional reasons. For the Muslim Ummah, this month is full of memories of events and accidents. Considering the importance of this month, the wise ulama of the Ummah have also given superiority to this month over Ramzanul Mubarak. Because Ramzanul Mubarak is the best because of the revelation of the Qur'an, but the great person on whom the Qur'an was revealed arrives this month. That is why the virtue of this month is more than other months.
Mahe Rabiul Awal brings a message of self-purification and social reform to the people of the world, especially to the Muslim Ummah. This message is not limited to any particular group or territory, but is universal.
The advent of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) took place at a time when the entire Arab nation was living in the age of ignorance and darkness in Ayam, killing, robbery, arrogance and debauchery. At that time, Sardar Muhammad SA of Dojahan came as the messenger of liberation of the world. In this world of fighting and violence, Allah Ta'ala has sent the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, as a mercy for the world. Irshad has said, ‘I have sent you as a mercy for the whole world.’ (Surah Ambiya: 107). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) attained prophethood at the age of 40 and died at the age of 63. In just 23 years of service, he has brought about a change in society and the country that has been remembered as a glorious chapter in human history. He set the brightest example of building humanity in society.
After 23 long years, he moved to the presence of the Lord again in this Rabiul Awal month. One day in Rabiul Awal, the body temperature of the Prophet (peace be upon him) increased. At the same time the suffering also increases. At one point he lost consciousness. When he felt a little relieved, he climbed the pulpit with a bandage on his head. Addressing the assembled Companions, he said, "May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians." They have turned the graves of their prophets into mosques. '(Bukhari Sharif). He added, "Do not turn my grave into an idol for the purpose of worship." (Muwatta Imam Malik). Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘If I have hurt someone, let him retaliate by whipping me.’ With this he exposed his back. He added, ‘Bring me a piece of paper, I will write you some advice. Then you will not go astray. 'Later, at the request of Hazrat Umar, Huzur did not write it. (Bukhari, Muslim, Mishkat). Another important aspect of this month is the love of the Prophet. The love of the Prophet is a part of faith. In the hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘None of you can be a full believer until he treats me better than his parents, children and all people.’ (Musannafe Abdur Razzak 11/200).
But it is a matter of great regret that some people in our Muslim society, especially the Mazar-e-Sharifs, put up posters on the walls in the name of the Prophet's love, write 'Bishwa Asheke Rasool' in red ink and make the walls red, but do not implement the Prophet's philosophy of life. As soon as Rabiul Awal arrives, they declare the birthday of the Prophet as the best Eid through colorful rallies, joyous processions and processions of men and women in the name of Eid Miladunnabi, Jasne Zulus and claim the Prophet as their hope. In fact, these works are just irrational formalities, which have no legal basis. We must remember that the love of the Prophet should not be limited to just the month of Rabiul Awwal; Rather, one should practice Sirat at every moment, from birth to death, follow his circumcision and implement his life style in one's life. Only then will it be proved that we are the messengers of Ashe and the dignity of the month of Rabiul Awal will be preserved ...
Eid Milladunnabi's ceremonies:
The topics on which the Eid Milladunnabi program is arranged are as follows.
1. Recitation of the Holy Quran
2. Praise be to Allah
3. Na'at a Rasul or praise of the Prophet (peace be upon him)
4. Discussion about the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him)
5. Reading Darood Sharif
. Prayers and supplications
. Tabaruk or food distribution
Now we will analyze the above 6 issues in the light of Qur'an and Hadith and see if they are for or against Islam. The purpose of the analysis is to prove that if all matters are lawful, then all matters together (the ceremony) will be acceptable.
1. Recitation of the Qur'an - No one has any objection to the recitation or recitation of the Holy Qur'an.
2. Hamdah:
Hamdah is the praise of Almighty God. Every object in the universe glorifies Allah. The remembrance of Allah brings peace to the heart of the believer. As a result, no one has any objection in this regard.
3. Naate Rasool (peace be upon him) -
Naate Rasool is to praise the beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) through rhyme or poetry. Praising the Prophet is not shirk or bidat.
In the following verse of the Holy Qur'an, Allah has honored and praised Pak Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet. O you who believe! Send blessings and peace upon the Prophet with honor. (Surah Ahzab, verse 56)
I have sent you as a mercy to the worlds. (Surah Ambiya, verse 107)
The Prophet of God is closer than the soul of a believer. (Surah Ahzab, verse 06)
Whoever obeys the command of the Messenger will obey the command of Allah. (Surah An-Nisa ', verse 60)
There is a good example in the Messenger of Allah for those who hope in Allah and the Last Day and remember Allah much. (Surah Ahzab, verse 21)
Surely I see you looking at the sky again and again. Of course I'll turn you to the cable you like. (Surat al-Baqara, verse 144)
The distance between the two bows was or less when the upper horizon then approached and hung. Then Allah revealed to His servant what He revealed. The heart of the Prophet did not lie what he saw. (Surah Najm, verses 7-9)
Believers. Do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet, and do not speak as loudly as you speak to one another, for your deeds will be in vain and you will not even notice it. (Surah Hujurat, verse 2)
And speak and proclaim the blessings of your Lord. (Surah Addoha, verse 11)
And when My servants ask you a question, I am near. I accept the prayers of those who pray. (Surat al-Baqara, verse 186)
In the Holy Qur'an, such respect and praise for the Prophet (peace be upon him) is innumerable. According to the hadith, the Prophet (peace be upon him) himself instructed Hasan bin Tahbid (R) to recite poems praising him.
We wonder what Munkir-i-Miladara is thinking about Allah and the Prophet (peace be upon him) now? Those of us who love the Prophet (peace be upon him) believe that praising someone from within the Shari'ah means indirectly loving Allah, the Creator of the universe. For example, if someone praises the structure of a building, it means indirectly praising those who are behind the structure. Such as designers, engineers, builders. If praising someone is shirk or bidat, then we are all sinning by praising our parents, sons and daughters, teachers, leaders in any way. Lastly, if Munkir-i-Miladra proves that Allah has drawn a line in the Qur'an to praise the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), then we will stop there, but in the Qur'an, Allah says about the Prophet (peace be upon him),
I have exalted your discussion. (Surah Al-Inshirah, verse 4)
When Allah increases the remembrance of Muhammad (peace be upon him) to reduce who has the power in the world.
4. Biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him) -
Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the standard of Islam. No one can say the name of Muhammad (peace be upon him) about Islam except Mubarak. He is the link between God and mankind. Every time we say "La-ilaha", why can't we become Muslims unless we say "Muhammadur Rasoolullah". Even our prayers (which are exclusively for Allah) will not be fulfilled until we recite “Asalamu Alaika Ayuhannabiyu” - Tashahhud (while reciting Attahiyatu). How can we omit the name of the Prophet (peace be upon him) when Allah has not separated the name of his beloved (peace be upon him) from his name? Muhammad (peace be upon him) did not have Islam, prayers, fasting, Hajj, Zakat in the world today. That is why Allah has declared in the Qur'an,
God has been gracious to the believers that He has sent among them prophets from among themselves. He recites to them His verses. He pays them and teaches them the Book and the deeds. In fact, they were already astray. (Surah Imran, verse 164)
And speak and proclaim the blessings of your Lord. (Surah Addoha verse 11)
For the believers, Muhammad (pbuh) is the greatest blessing. God has instructed the pure believers to give thanks for His blessings. Therefore, we will spread the word of Islam everywhere by discussing different aspects of the Prophet (peace be upon him) by celebrating Eid Milladunnabi. In fact, for the believers, Eid Milladunnabi (PBUH) is the real Eid. Because without Muhammad (peace be upon him) Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha would not have happened.
5. Salat (Darud) Salam-
In the Holy Qur'an, Allah has instructed the believers to send prayers and salutations to Muhammad (peace be upon him) as stated in the following verse.
Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet. O you who believe, send blessings and peace upon the Prophet. (Surah Al-Ahzab, verse 56)
Hadith:
Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We sat with Sa'd ibn 'Ubaydah. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came to us, Bashir ibn Saad said, 'Allaah has commanded us to pray for you.' But O Prophet (peace be upon him) how do we do that? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) remained silent on hearing this and we remained silent thinking that it would not be right to ask anything. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, 'Allaah has been gracious to Muhammad and his family, as Allaah has been to Ibraaheem's family. Have mercy on Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his family, what you (Allah) have done on the family of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) on earth. Your work is truly admirable and glorious and the greetings you know. (Sahih Muslim)
Read more Darood and Salam on me on Friday. Then the angels are present. His (Allah's) reward for every darood and salaam that falls on me reaches me before you finish reading your darood. (Al-Tirmidhi)
In the light of the above hadith and Qur'anic verses, it can be said that Munkir-i-Milad has no other option but to send blessings and peace upon Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Munkir-i-Millads stand against Muhammad (peace be upon him) in the Milad mahfil and oppose the recitation of Darud aloud. In reply we will say that nowhere in the Qur'an and Hadith has Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) mentioned how and in what tone the darood and salaam should be said. It is entirely up to the believers in what condition and in what tone they will say darood and salam. The method of sending darood and salam may be sitting, lying on the bed or on the ground or standing still. Since we respect Muhammad (peace be upon him) after Allah, it is best to stand up and recite Darood and Salam to Muhammad (peace be upon him).
6. Prayer
There are different types of Munkir-i-Milad. No one believes in prayer and no one does. Some believe that God knows everything. So there is no need for prayer. On the other hand, in the Qur'an, Allah has instructed the believers to make the following prayers:
And when My servants ask you, I am near. Those who pray do not have their prayers answered. (Surat al-Baqara, verse 186)
Call upon your Lord for ever and ever. (Surah A'raf, verse 55)
Even our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) always prayed to Allaah even though He is free from all sins and faults. Are we better than our teacher Muhammad (pbuh) that we do not need prayers. Let us see what Allah has said about those arrogant fools:
And those who give alms out of fear and trembling, so that they may return to their Lord (Surah Al-Muminun, verse 60).
Then, when My punishment came to them, why did they not supplicate? Indeed, their hearts became hardened, and Satan made their deeds seem fair to them. (Surah An-Nam, verse 43)
7. Distribution of sweets or tabarukah
Is there any objection to the distribution of sweets on the occasion of Munkir-e Milad? Don't they go to weddings, olima, akika, fundraising events or birthdays? Milad mahfil can be celebrated without distribution of sweets. It is not a necessary part of Milad. If one is incapable or is not interested in distributing Tabarak, he can observe Miladunnabi without distributing Tabarak. Sweets or food are distributed as a sign of love. Dinner was served at midnight thinking that it would be difficult for the guests to return home to cook.
The explanation of every aspect of the milad mahfil which has been taken from the Qur'an and Hadith proves that the above gathering is not against Islam but it is related to Islam where Muslim brothers and sisters come together and listen to Allah and His friend.
It is good to gather in different ceremonies for the same purpose such as Lailatul Qadr, Shabe Barat, Shabe Meraj where Allah and His Messenger are spoken and all Muslims should participate in those ceremonies. If one does not observe it, one will not get the virtue of these gatherings. But no one can be prevented from participating in these gatherings. Mahfil can not be criticized. These mahfils cannot be called kufr, shirk-bidat. Since everyone attends these events for good and there is a discussion on the remembrance of Allah, the darood of the Prophet (peace be upon him), the biography of the saints of Allah.
