BitcoinCash.site is the marketing and onboarding hub for Bitcoin Cash which is used to drive 1 million new people in Bitcoin cash by 31 December 2021.
During their first 6 months of operation, they will focus on marketing, promotion and creating tutorial materials. They will create dozens of short videos and other graphic media aimed at attracting, online, training, inspiring and retaining new BCH builders in P2P liquidity, local outreach and merchants and meetups.
BitcoinCash.site will serve as a convenient and representative interface for integrating new builders, businesses, investors, journalists, content creators, holders and others into the fabric and culture of Bitcoin Cash.
Focusing on Latin America, sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia, they are particularly focused on the new stimulus for bitcoin cash and the growth of concrete in terms of globalization.
They are looking to raise 277 BCH for the first 6 months of activity through grants, Flipstarter and / or sponsorships. If they get more, they will increase their strategy proportionately and probably expand to more resource-intensive strategies than currently planned.
Here Bitcoin cash is defined as a non-IFP chain. They will follow the existing bitcoin cash ecosystem, especially projects like Bitcoin.com, RedCash, SLP Foundation, BCHD, Bitcoin Verde, General Protocols, Bitcoin Cash Node etc.

1. Action plan
In the first 6 months as of September 15, 2020, we will focus on marketing, promotion and creating tutorial materials. They will create videos and other graphic media.
They will travel with a short and fast approach, ensuring that we find successful ways to achieve their goals before investing large sums in complex development work. The low-hanging fruit will make the fruit quick and dirty at first.

Looking at the stage considered in the strategy that points to this proposal, they will look at the following stages to get started.
P2P Liquidity: Read content creators on local.bitcoin and help them build a P2P liquidity business by serving their local area, national community and / or region.
Local Promotion: Guide new BCHP2P liquidity business owners to create content that brings new people who are currently unfamiliar with BCH from their respective localities to this funnel.
Merchants and Meetups: Work with participants to get local merchant ships and keep meetups at BCH.
This means that by adding liquidity to local.bitcoin.com and then marketing their services locally, RedCash users and others will notice our efforts to make a profit; As well as by running over merchants and holding meetups (digital or face-to-face).
Strategy
BitcoinCash will use a digital-first adoption strategy to expand human grassroots acceptance, especially in the developing world, to expand existing network businesses such as RedCash and local.bitcoin.com. Delivery
72 video tutorials: 3 per week x 24 weeks = 72. Video tutorials will be published on YouTube and shared across social media.
120 graphic social media posts: 5 x 24 weeks per week = 120 posts posts will be published appropriately on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Redcash and other channels.
4 Marketing Campaigns: 4 promotions of 2 x 1-minute videos per week, playing 48 videos per week.
4 landing pages and email sequences for requirements with other providers. There will be an automated funnel behind each marketing campaign that uses email marketing to divert potential BCH builders out of curiosity, leading them to become full-fledged BCH application developers.
1 Mentoring Forum: A forum, isolation or many other communication tools.
24 Weekly Livestream:To keep it all together and connect new creators to the current BCH ecosystem, we'll hold weekly livestreams where they will discuss current events and ask questions.
2 Events: At least two events that spark participants to bring out the best.
100 sets of brand gear. They will make some brand gear, which will be at least a T-shirt and may include a hat and / or something else. It will give leaders a sense of pride and mission to take their most visible ground. The PR content they want to create would be great for this as well. Brand gear will probably be delivered to make the best use of it.

Introduction
Freelance Media Developer: Responsible for developing media that presents Bitcoin cash in an attractive way, responsible for images, videos, copies, etc.
Community Manager: Connects people, provides frontline support, and ensures everyone has a positive experience in the advisory forum. This person should speak at least English and another target language.
