Many tragic accidents happen around us. As the saying goes, an accident is a cry for a lifetime. The pain of losing someone in an accident will be understood only by his own family. The accidents that happen around us are not just accidents, accidents are negligence of the responsible person.

Now,I will share with you three such terrible accidents, which are caused by negligence of responsibility.

1./

More than half a hundred people died and more than 200 were injured in a fire and explosion at a container depot in Sitakunda, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

A fire broke out at a container terminal named BM Depot in Sitakunda, about 30 kilometers away from Chittagong city, on Saturday, June 4, around 12:00 pm.

Forty minutes later, a terrible explosion occurred. Cargo containers were twisted and scattered. There were several explosions in succession.

Firefighters were working to extinguish the fire at the time of the explosion.

The depot had a lot of cargo containers for import and export. Which included chemicals.

The depot is used to hold containers as a 'transit point' after unloading of exported goods and imported goods before reaching the port of Chittagong.

Eyewitnesses say that tremors were felt at a distance of five kilometers during the explosion. Nearby houses were also damaged. The pungent smell of chemicals wafted through the air instantly.

25 units of fire service were working to extinguish the fire there.

The Fire service confirmed that the fire was caused by a chemical called 'Hydrogen Per-Oxide' in the depot.

The owner of the depot did not inform the fire services that it contained chemicals. This is not an accident but a result of complete negligence on the part of the depot owner. The fire service was not informed after the fire that there were chemical combustibles. Said to have only exportable garments. As a result, when water is given to extinguish the fire in the chemical depot, it explodes with a loud noise. Firefighters used water instead of foam. This is due to the explosion of chemical combustible materials one after the other, this fire is in a terrible condition. And many innocent people lost their lives.

Negligence of responsibility of the owner is the reason behind this accident. So it can be said that negligence of responsibility is responsible for some accidents.

2./

On Friday (July 29-2022) the teachers of the coaching center along with the SSC examinees went to Mirsrai to see the Khayachara water fountain. On the way back from there, the train from Dhaka to Chittagong collided with the microbus while crossing the level crossing near Khaiachhara railway station at noon.

The train dragged the microbus about a kilometer away. The vehicle twists and turns. 11 people died on the spot.

It may seem like an accident but it is not only accident. Behind this accident lies negligence of responsibility. The railway official was not there at that time and the bell gates were not thrown on both sides of the road. Due to which the microbus crossed the railway line without seeing the train And in no time some young boys life lost..

3./

Five people died when the crane of the under-construction BRT project's overbridge fell on a private car in the capital's Uttara. Two others were injured.

The incident happened two days ago on Monday (August 15) around 4:20 PM in front of Paradise Tower in the BRT project area of ​​Uttara Sector 3.

While lifting the girder with a crane, it fell on a moving Private car and it was immediately twisted. The injured were rescued shortly after the incident, but the bodies of the 5 dead were recovered from the car three hours later

This tragic accident happened because the construction work was carried out without creating safety fences and alternative roads. The project authorities cannot avoid the burden of this accident. A family is lost in an instant because of their neglect of duty.

• After hearing the description of the above three accidents, we are convinced that some people are responsible for the events happening around us due to negligence of responsibility. Therefore, we should be careful and responsible for our own actions. If we are careful and responsible, thousands of people will be saved from such unwanted accidents.
