Anyone can be affected regardless of gender, age, culture, race, religion or educational qualification and whether rich or poor. Millions of people around the world suffer from mental illness and it affects the lives of their loved ones. One in four people will be affected by it at some point in their lives. Others tell me to think about positive things. But, how many times have I tried to do that! Although such comments are well-intentioned, they add to my feelings of helplessness, guilt and failure.”

It is said that you can tell how the day will go by looking at the morning sun. So the day should be started with the best work. In Islam, Fajr prayer is kept for Muslims mainly for that reason. The best start to the day is when you start your day with Fajr prayer and this is the best meditation.

  • 2. Walk for 30 minutes in the morning

At some time in the morning, the fragrance of heaven flows on earth, which is not available at other times. So at this time those who can walk or light jogging get more vitality and enthusiasm. So walk at least 30 minutes a day to remove all the pain

  • 3. Give time to loved ones:

The advancement of technology has made our communication easier but it has increased the distance with our people. The time you might have spent cuddling your baby boy or going out for tea with friends, you might be spending the time on Facebook, playing games or watching serials that give you temporary happiness but lead to long-term sadness. Give time to parents, friends and share problems with them. Do not isolate yourself from others; Spend time with people you trust and care about

  • 4. Do something you like in your spare time:

In your spare time, do your favorite thing instead of lying around or watching TV. May be drawing or designing or video/photo editing, reading books or magazines. As your time will be well spent by these activities, your career will also be smart and smooth, your worries will be removed from the middle. Two things were done at once.

  • 5. stay in Smile 🙂

Smile no matter how much sorrow, pain, suffering there is in life. The most beautiful face in the world is a smiling face. Smile so that seeing your smile will reduce the suffering of other people. But smile for a good deed or it will make people sad instead of happy. For example saying It is not desirable to laugh at the dead house.

6. Spread positivity among people:

All people love to dream and always hope that their dream will come true because it is the principle of human survival. But for that you have to be positive and respect your dreams as well as others. Only then can you have strong mental strength

7. Focus on small tasks:

Work stress often disrupts normal activities and causes anxiety. So to stay mentally strong divide a big task into small parts and do them carefully.

  • 8. Avoid oily and bad food:

At present, fast food trade is going on freely. It is gaining popularity because it is tasty and can be consumed in a short time. Although these foods are not healthy at all, their prices are also very high. Due to the high amount of oil and fat in these foods, they cause high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease and other diseases. Chances are high. And indigestion is very normal. Cut back on drinking and taking drugs you weren't told to take.

  • 9. Traveling :

Travel plays an important role in breaking the monotony of work. Traveling is very exciting. It feels like a free bird in nature's generosity. Also do some good deeds every day like small help, donation, you will see a lot of stability working in your mind.

  • 10. Be thankful :-

Be content with what you have got in life. Work for good but never regret. You will see that life will become more meaningful because of this feeling of gratitude. Be grateful to God the Creator as well as to people. You will find that your mental illness is cured and your mind will feel peaceful.
