Many people say that they don't like anything,they don't feel good, they don't have anyone around them and they don't want to live anymore. In our daily life we are stressed by various events. Any physical mental or financial problem can accur depression. Such a state of mind is called depression. It is not possible to overcome depression suddenly. But it is better if everything can be adapted to the situation, otherwise you will have to suffer from mental suffering for a long time. As a result,life comes to a standstill and daily activities are disrupted. Depression is a mental disorder that can wreak havoc on a person's life. The end result of depression is suicide.
About 10-20% people of the total population of any country suffurs from depression . Twice as many girls suffer from depression as men.
Unemployed, people with family disorder , people living in this situation and drugs addicts are more prone to this disease.
Causes of depression:-
Although the exact causes of depression is unknown, various factor are known to causes the disease. It is discussed below-
Genetic factors:- Genetic factors are major for depressions if this problems occurs in close relatives of the family, this disease can occur.
Biochemical Reason:- Deficiency of serotonin and narodrenaline in the brain and uncontrolled growth of cortisol hormones are considered to be the chemical basis of depression. But they are not usually thought of as causes of depression.
Personally problems:- Anxious, Anxious person, bigotry, drug addictions these problem increase depression.
Deprive of affection and neglect:- Children who grow up in the absence of parental affection, family conflict have higher levels of depression. Nowadays neglect is considered as the main causes of depression. People on the company of locked on due to the neglect on people fail into the depression.
Failure in love:- Currently, the main cause of depression in young women is failure in love. Boys and girls suffer from depression if there is a sudden breakup after being in a close relationship. Lately this factor is more responsible for depression.
We live in a world where people still think that mental health is not a serious matter. Mental health should be prioritized like physical health. Be aware and encourage others as well as yourself.
Although some of the suicidal behavior is often predictable in advance, there are many who end up within themselves but do not express it outwardly. A major loss in life, anxiety about the future, neglect or abandonment of a loved one, personal crisis, loneliness - all these can cause depression. From there the way opens to suicide. Sometimes the suicide of a close friend, or a loved one or a celebrity can also affect it.
Depression is not the same as ordinary sadness. Much harder than that. It is a cumulative manifestation of bad experiences day after day. Interest in life diminishes due to constant suffering in daily events. Depression always increases the risk of suicide. The love and attention of people around can bring it out. Know some common symptoms of depression.
A negative outlook on life is the first symptom of depression. A person suffering from depression feels that life is futile, starts hating himself and feels guilty for all the mistakes that happen in life.
The person suddenly loses interest in doing anything. Even hobbies or sports that he used to enjoy, no longer appeal to him. Aversion to work is created.
Depression causes a lack of energy or fatigue, which can lead to excessive sleep. If you fall into depression again, you don't sleep.
People with depression change their appetite. Some eat a lot of food, while others don't feel hungry at all. It also affects their health and weight.
People with depression also find it difficult to control their emotions. Sometimes they are happy and after a while they can get angry again. They get emotional very easily.
How to help others:
If you see these signs in someone close to you and realize that he may make such a suicidal decision at any time, talk to the people close to him quickly.
No matter what, just don't leave them alone. At this time they need support more than ever. Listen to them attentively without judging, arguing or bullying. Also help them seek the help of a professional psychiatrist. Motivate others. Your motivation may be the reason for his survival.
What to do if you suffer from depression yourself:
There are times when we all worry about our future and there are no easy solutions. But remember that this is not the end all, all the problems of the world have some solution. Time is the greatest medicine. This time will make you forget many things.
You have to love yourself more than everyone else. Try your best to sustain yourself. Do not under any circumstances decide to commit suicide. If such thoughts come to mind, talk about it with your family or friends. If necessary, you can consult a doctor. Always remember that in life there will be problems and there are solutions to problems. Problems and depression are a part of life. You are a success or a loser only if you overcome depression.

I thought depression before is like an overreacting of people who merely wants attention but the more information and circumstances I've heard about it with others, it's not easy. As much as possible we must be aware with the people around us. I myself never avoided it too. I was blessed that my mom was there.
