How you conduct speaking skill in your class

Speaking skills are very important for students. If the student wants to be a good person for communication, presentation, job, interview, discussion, teaching, conversation etc. Some people are like to speak English, some people are like to write.A teacher must be motivated to talk to the student. Some students' language is not English so they are not motivated to speak English. The teacher should take steps to make students speak English. The teacher can advise the student on pronunciation, when to stress the sentence, to speak politely. The teacher should also advise the student not to make grammar mistakes. If students can read books, they won't make grammar mistakes. Ability to make grammar mistakes little ability . If a student wants to be a good speaker then he should read and write english every day so that he will be motivated to speak easily. If students follow this way, students can reduce their fear of speaking English. This is how I will manage speaking skills in my class inshallah
