Ingredients.
500 grams any pasta available
100 grams bacon, chopped
3 tbsps butter
2 tbsps garlic, minced
3 tbsps onions, chopped
1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
3 tbsps flour
1 cup chicken stock
1 pack of any all purpose cream
3 tbsps cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation.
1.Fry the bacon in the pan until iylt becomes golden brown. Then remove from the pan.
2.Using the same pan, add in butter, garlic and onions. Cook for a minute over low heat.
3.Then add the mushrooms and flour. Cook for another minute.
4.Pour in the chicken stock while mixing continously to prevent lumps. Bring to a boil and put the all purpose cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the pasta..
