I didn't say no because I didn't like you When I told you I wasn't interested in dating isn't because I don't like you (I do like you, a lot in fact). But you and I both know damn well that I am in no state to date. My schedule has never been busier, so I wouldn't have time for you, and spending time with people is one of the ways I show love. Furthermore, I told you how I'm dealing with mental health issues, and it's not that I don't trust you to take care of me, and maybe I'm a bit prideful when I say this, but I need to handle this by myself.
If you'd be interested in coming back to me once I have this all sorted out, I'll be waiting for you, but if you find someone else, I'll also be happy for you. But just know that I'm not going anywhere, not for awhile.
