Rain! Blessing Or Not?

Hey there! How are You?

Hope You're having a blessing day! Today there is heavy rain in Pakistan an, especially in South Punjab. It's a benefit for some reasons but mostly disastrous results in some areas like near the flood rivers and mountains.

Although the Deserty areas are glad due to rain as a Great blessing but the areas where is always a threat of flood are fully at the risk.
