What We Do

We roast and serve coffee with the main purpose of highlighting the transparent and unique flavors of the farmer's craftsmanship through the coffee that you drink.

We currently roast in 2 Probat 12-kilo capacity roasters and soon in a Loring Kestrel 35-kilo capacity roaster.

Good coffee is not a coincidence, it's a result of teamwork from the farmers, exporters, roasters, baggers, baristas, servers and consumers.
