Now -a-day,many teenagers have got video console at home and they often like playing active video games .
There are good for us for many reason .

There are lot of different exercise we can do like basketball,water skiling and dance ,we can play them in the comfort of our home . In my thoughts ,these games are very attractive and fun because we can play them with friends ,if we can play online we don't need to be in the same place as friends to play. We can play them whenever we want .
Some people think that it's better to do exercise outside in fresh air. Although,this is true . It is actually difficult to play outside when its raining or very hot so video games are a good alternative .
