A gene expert machine has been introduced in Feni to solve the complexity of coronavirus testing. Director General of the Department of Health, Prof. Dr. officially inaugurated the examination activities with this machine at the Chest Disease Clinic in Mahipala of the city on Saturday noon. Professor Dr. Abul Basar Mohammad Khurshid Alam told reporters, "One of the wishes of the Prime Minister is that you all know that people in remote areas of the country get health care. I think it's a big deal to treat covid disease with modern machines in such a remote area. '
This thoracic clinic has been used as a corona isolation unit for four months.
A gene expert machine has been set up in Feni to reduce the complication of corona testing in the lab of Abdul Malek Ukil Medical College Hospital in Noakhali. As a result of installing the machine at a cost of Tk 8 lakh, samples will not have to be sent from Feni to Noakhali for corona test. And the people of Feni will get benefits through Corona test on Gene Expert machine. However, it can be tested on a limited basis on an emergency basis. Besides, test report will be available in 45 minutes.
