Menstruation is the shedding of blood after ovulation and fertilization doesn't take place hence the eggs being damaged and released in form of blood only in women .
Menstruation comes with different types of pain and the following are the things you should avoid doing when you're attending cause it will increase the pain .
1.working out : we all need to work out to have a healthy and fit body but when we are attending it's not advised to do so because of the running up and down the stretching and all those activities will increase your blood flow and you will eventually start feeling weak
2.heavy chores:of course we have to do chores but when we are on our periods it's advised to just do the regular and not do any extra chore as it will result in heavy blood flow and lack of energy.
3.avoid getting annoyed:
Mostly when a woman is attending to their periods they develop mood swings so the more annoyed they get the worse the pain they feel hence some things should be avoided rather find a quite place and relax your body and have some ice water to chill off your body
