I have been fascinated by the amount of knowledge laying in books, not even locked away just waiting for us to make ourselves open to them and through them to us, worlds of extreme limitlessness and infinity are introduced and created.

1st- Night Angel - Trilogy by Brent Weeks

This is a very beautifully written novel of a book that combines mysticism and imagination. Deep down in the gutters were the rejects that would normally live out their lives as such until luck fell upon Azoth who became the wielder of Retribution the sword and the wearer of the black ka'kari, the most powerful of magical artefacts with the ability to absorb and adapt all powers that it comes in contact with. The ka'kari is able to talk to the wearer, it has a personality, moods , extremely intelligent from all the thousands of years it's been in existence and it serves noone but justice and Retribution. This has to be the best read of all my reads because it has created so many wonderful worlds within my world. I even wrote a novel inspired by it.

2nd- How to make others feel like a million bucks- John C. Maxwell

This was the first motivational book I picked up at around the age of 8, maybe 9. It had principles on how to make people feel like a million bucks by treating them like a million bucks. Talking to them like a million bucks and spending time with them like you are reinvesting the million bucks.

Although this book shaped my character for the better, I became a people's pleaser as I always wanted to make others feel like a million bucks without knowing that I had been allowing them to take advantage of me in the long run. It was still a good read though.

3rd - Paulo Cuelho - The Alchemist

This is pretty mainstream now. Its the philosopher's stone book, the slave that runs away and gets rich from the lessons learned but he remembers that sharing his lessons meant that he shares parts of him, parts that made him happy and feel good. Every time the alchemist is read and shared, the philosopher's stone gets stronger. Its a beautiful story that is very usable and applicable in everyday life.

4th - Dale Carnegie - Make yourself unforgettable

After getting back from my studies abroad I had too many dry spells, a very close friend at the time who more like a muse have me this book to spark the fire she still saw in me. This book has me set goals back to life. Instead of taking the books advice literally and becoming a people's pleaser I instead used it to get back on my feet for a while. This is the book for the best comeback, it will help you reshape your mindset, the language you communicate with yourself and others, which is very important, loving oneself all the way down to the thoughts and deeds is the golden dust this book carries.

5th- The 7 Habits of Highly effective People

This book by Stephen R. Covey has been the reason for the birth of the internet of things and the innovations that came forth. During the 1st edition of this book people used it as the main manual for living, for business, for love , for judgement and all that needed more than the ordinary mind's approach. I didn't read this book enough because everytime I'd get my hands on it it's a whole new adventure. I read the hard copies, listened to the audiobook versions, its always a different adventure into the realms of effectiveness, this book will have you explore the depth of your productivity or the lack of and get you back on track without breaking the bank.

6th- Rich Dad Poor Dad Robert Kiyosaki

Here's another classic, this one is like the abudance doctor of productivity telling you why it is that you are not where you see yourself no matter how much effort you put it. In this book Robert Kiyosaki shares how much he learned from his rich dad which is also as valuable as what he learned from his poor dad. Its a priceless lesson collection on how to not fall into the slavery of the mind begging to be busy on a 9-5 by investing time and ideas into other ventures like real estate, gold, commodities as well as other assets that are clearly not liabilities. This is for the simple knowledge that liabilities cost to have while assets don't cost to have.

7th- What are you hungry for - Deepak Chopra

This is a metaphysical one, touching beyond the realms of the physical into the spirit realms via your mysentric nerves of your stomach. You are what you eat, so what then about the steps after you eat? How do you become what you eat? What do you do to become better at eating, because like everything we do, eating can be mastered too. This book includes meditation exercises that include breathing and chants to help one either lose weight or just get in alignment with one's body and spirit in order to get their body rhythm right.

8th- Hustle harder, hustle smarter - Curtis Jackson

This is my most recent addition to my collection, I've probably read a few books after this one but of all the books I've been reading and listening to, this was the most captivating. This is easily my number one book at the moment but it felt so much more than a book, it felt like 50c was actually with me. It felt like he was mentoring me all while telling me his life story on how he faced his demons to his son catching feelings and him trying to calms things at the same time not to stoop low to anyone. This is a story of a strong willed character of a man who from his death bed went on to sell millions of albums and is now onto shows (Power & For Life). Extremely captivating.

9th Outwitting The Devil

The Devil is known differently in different cultures and societies, some say the devil is nothing but a figment of our imagination. Others say that we live and talk to devils all day and they haunt us all night, some say it's the bright morning start who got released or discharged from heaven for whatever reason, others say the devil is our alter-ego. Whatever the devil is to you this book talks you through the devil's tactics and how to play along with the devil's game so that you learn to outwitt the devil at his own game. This is a very interesting book that I actually listened to but plan on buying the hardcopy for my book collection as I need to keep my Outwitting techniques sharp. The best lesson in this book has to be about fear as an illusion amongst the devil's many deception tools.

10th - Popcorn

The Origional bonnie and Clyde, anticipated they took over rich celebrity's mansion and had the cameras rolling on them until the police came to the place. The author of popcorn really deserve an Oscar if they give such awards to authors. The love between bonnie and Clyde is just priceless and unfathomable, they would do anything for each other, including dying for each other, which they eventually did.

I had always wanted to open a book and read it but part of me doesn't want to. Maybe one of these days, I will be able to read atleast one of those listed books.
