Theme: Use What You Have
Basic Scripture: 1 Samuel 17:39-50
So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David.
It’s another destiny encounter with the King of kings! You must understand that champions in life always use what they have to succeed. It is not capacity that makes a man successful but capacity utilization. If you can utilize the little you have well you can make the best out of it. If you can use the little you have well, God can give you success with it. You don’t need too much to be successful. You only need to utilize the little you have well.
In today’s scripture, David prevailed against Goliath with a sling and a stone. He was not armed enough but he utilized what he had until it gave him success. David became a champion and a hero because he could use what he had. He didn’t have to bother himself with what he didn’t have. What he had with him was enough for him to give him victory and God gave him victory with it.
The problem with many people is that they are always waiting for what they do not have before they can get to work with it. You must learn to use what you have at your disposal. You will reign as a king in life and ministry provided you will use the “little Sling” in your hand. Stop eyeing others and their ministries and businesses! Give yourself time! You are a champion in the making. Reject any other idea from any person. Refuse to believe that you are inferior to anybody because of what you are using now. Goliath despised David because of what he was using. “… Am I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves…” but in the end, David became the champion. Don’t be despised. Use what you have and at the right time, God will use what you have to announce your victory. Pray Now

1. Take a song of worship and pray as led by the Holy Spirit.
2. I refuse to eye others and their businesses, ministries, careers, etc. in Jesus name.
3. Father, in the name of Jesus, bless the “Little Sling” in my hands and use it for my victory.
