Come on board let be take you on a trip to:

#WHAT YOUR BRAIN DOES WHEN YOU'RE ASLEEP👈😄

And some DREAM FACTS and TIP

Firstly when you fall asleep your brain tries to reduce the level of your nerve tension, Balancing your blood pressure to keep you alive..

Your Brain recreates the memories of the day or the past, near or long ago.

This recreation brings a minute thought that just appears like a notification pop up.. This happens when you have fallen in a deep sleep...

The thoughts grows positively or negatively depending on your mindset during the day and how stressed out you were

Tip: Most nightmares is as a result of a troubled mind and a hectic day

This thought furthers more... Unlike a normal day thought it creates a strong imagery and that forms your dreams

The imagery power of your brain is limited.. This means your brain can't create a fictional person, so everyone you see in your dreams are people you've come across in your day life..

Note: The Dreams where you seem to be falling in a black hole or pit, is your brain telling you that you are weak and it tries to restore your strength for you are deeply paralysed...

Note2: Double Dreaming : a situation where you fall from a dream to another one..

Here your brain is just exploring and the results shows that you had a lot in your mind...

Your Brain forgets most of your dreams when you Wake up because they were unknown to the body... This means that everyone dreams every night but ends up forgetting most of their dreams...

Funny fact: your brain sometimes plays tricks on you ... If you ever hard dreams of you being chased by a maskurade that is just your brain acknowledging the difficult situations you are and telling you to face it.. It also a sign of a healthy brain...
