The constitutional name of Bangladesh is the People's Republic of Bangladesh,a country in South Asia.It has an area of 147570 sq km.It is the eight most popular country in the world,with a population exceeding 165 million people.The Capital City of Bangladesh in Dhaka.
People’s livelihood
Bangladesh is an agricultural country.60 percent of the country's human population is engaged in agriculture.Abundant natural resources of this country meet the food needs of the people of this country.Most people are dependent on agriculture for their livelihood.In Bangladesh, 20.5% of the population lived below the national poverty line in 2019.
Township
Bengal Greater Dhaka, Mymensingh, Comilla,Barisal,Pabna,Faridpur Neyakhali, Bakerganj and Patuakhali low marshes and the western highlands of Jessore,Kushtia,Nadia,Shantipur and Dhaka's Vikrampur adjoining areas belonged to Banga township.Chittagong is called a commercial city.Most people of the country live in Chittagong and they will come here for their livelihood.
Tourist Places
There are many tourist places in Bangladesh.Sundarban,Chittagong Hill tracts,Srimagal,Rangamaati,Paharpur,Lalbag Fort,star mosque,Ahsan Manzill are famous in Bangladesh.There are also Jaflong,Shahjalal Dargah, inani beach in Bangladesh.The most famous sea beach in Bangladesh is Cox'sbazar.
Education System
The system has three Levels—Primary, Secondary, and Literacy Education.Primary and secondary education are both compulsory, though universal participation has remained more an ideal than a fact. Primary education consists of eight years, while secondary education lasts four years.
Social system
Rural society is left with a vast mass of proletariat including the peasantry, artisans, and working classes.The different social groups developed in the rural areas are capitalist farmers, rich peasants, middle peasants, marginal peasants and the landless.
Economic system
The Economy of Bangladesh is characterized as a developing market economy.[43] It is the 41st largest in the world in nominal terms or at current prices, and 30th largest by purchasing power parity; international dollars at current prices. It is classified among the Next Eleven emerging market middle income economies and a frontier market. In the first quarter of 2019, Bangladesh's was the world's seventh fastest-growing economy with a real GDP or GDP at constant prices annual growth rate of 8.3%.[44] Dhaka and Chattogram are the principal financial centers of the country, being home to the Dhaka Stock Exchange and the Chattogram Stock Exchange. The financial sector of Bangladesh is the second largest in the Indian subcontinent. Bangladesh is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and South Asia.
Administrative system
Bangladesh is divided into 8 divisions (bibhag) and 64 districts (jela, zila, zela), although these have only a limited role in public policy. For the purposes of local government, the country is divided into upazilas (sub-districts), municipalities (pourashova), city corporations and union councils (or rural councils). The diagram below outlines the five tiers of government in Bangladesh.
Religious position
According to the 2013 government census, Sunni Muslims constitute 89 percent of the population and Hindus 10 percent. The remainder of the population is predominantly Christian (mostly Roman Catholic) and Theravada-Hinayana Buddhist.

I read in an international research report that the Hindu population in Bangladesh (erstwhile East Bengal) was 31% of the population in 1947. When East Pakistan became an independent Bangladesh in 1971, it was just below 1 in 5, i.e., about 20% of the population. Now it is 1 in 10. Why?
