Final: BOS,121—MIA,108

The Boston Celtics weathered their slow start in the first quarter of game 5 by riding a huge run in the 3rd quarter. They managed to have a 41-25 run in the whole 12 minutes of the quarter that fuels their victory with 121-108 final results and keeps their Finals hope alive.

Jayson Tatum finished the game with a huge number: 31 points, 10 rebounds and 6 dimes. He did actually have a bad shooting night as he only shoots 8 out-of 22 attempts but he did have a 12 over 14 free throw shooting spree. Jaylen Brown added to Heat's woes by having 28 points and 8 boards. Kemba Walker contributed 15 points and 7 dimes and a game-high +21 efficiency point, and was vital to their 3rd quarter run by going in the heart of Heat's zone defense.

The C's bigs.

Daniel Theis was surprisingly active tonight at the both end trying to contest shots and making some floater. He had a double-double performance with 15 points and grabbed 13 boards for the Celtic's win. Enes Kanter, though didn't play that long, have 8 points and 4 rebounds in a 10 minutes of playing. He took advantage on his size against Olnyk and make his presence felt under the rim.

Heat woes.

The Miami Heat was in a drought beyond the arc, shooting only 7 of its 36 attempts, an embarrassing 19.4%. Goran Dragic was fouled out with more than 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Before that, he scored 23 points leading his team. Duncan Robinson looking to have a strong start in the first quarter, fell short to have a 3-11 3pt shooting. He had 20 points in their loss.

Jimmy Butler added 17 points, Jae Crowder and Tyler Herro each had 14 and Bam Adebayo scored 13 for the Heat. Adding to their woes is that they actually were outrebounded by the Celtics, 60-48 advantage. The 16-5 of it was happened in the pivotal 3rd quarter.

Bam Adebayo's post-game Interview

"This game is on me, I played terrible. And that can't happen. And I know that.  And I feel like I let my team down." He said that during the post-game interview. He felt that he failed to steer the team by making those floater like he usually does, and his defensive presence was a bit slow. This is after he was reported nursing an injured wrist injury resulted by his clutch block on Tatum in Game 1.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Butler quickly oppose that by saying the loss was on the team as a whole.
