Last week, I learned how to study more efficiently. I understand my lessons better and I was able to prove a while ago during my online class that this technique, whatever this is, is effective for me. But the problem is that, it takes too much of my time...or is it really this studying method which eats my time? I don't think so. I think, the culprit of my seemingly shorter time and day, are the various unnecessary apps I have in my phone. They keep me distracted and I often find myself clicking on an app that I didn't even plan on going to. Muscle memory, perhaps? Sigh. So, the only solution I could think of is uninstalling them. But my mind goes, "what if you need them soon?" Or, "this is a necessity!" My mind would go like that but I never really need everything in my phone. Maybe I want them, but I don't really need them. What should I do to stop holding onto these distractions? #thoughtsofjulsijuls #thoughts Image from Pinterest
