LEARNING WHILE RESTING I am having my active rest day by watching youtube videos that would teach me different study techniques~ I read somewhere that when you are resting, you shouldn't really watch videos that would distract you, or feed your brain too much dopamine that would cause you to go and do mindless entertainment again. Better consume media that would benefit your goal~ And so here I am, learning passively while resting. Also it's nice to learn from med students because they have one of the hardest schedules in college. I don't know how to explain it, but I think they're experts in time management!
