Physical exercise may take different forms. Walking, swimming, running and riding are good physical exercises. A person should choose such exercises as suit him most. On the other hand, games like football, volleyball, cricket, hockey and hadudu are organised group activity needing stamina and maximum physical exertion. Gymnastics for the young and jogging for the aged people are physical exercises taken individually............

Physical exercise should be taken regularly. Irregular or excessive exercise may be injurious to health. On the other hand, exercises or all sorts of physical activities should be selected according to one's age and ability. In a word , regular physical exercise not only improves our health but also makes us smart , active, graceful and emotionally balanced........................
