A story about good and bad luck

We believe in luck , good or bad which cannot be resisted. As we see, luck is a chance especially when unexpected. Many of us believe that luck is the command of divine providence in advance what would happen to us at any time. There are others who believe that luck depends on one's own effort and hard work to achieve something fairly. In an under - developed society, there is another group of people to whom achievement or success in life depends not simply on logic or reason but on the uninterrupted process of levelling all those customs and conventional moral values which lack drive and thrust to speed up progress in the interest of the people................
