Banana cake is out of the oven. I think it's a failure again. It does look good on the outside but the inside is not soft and fluffy. 😢 More practice is needed. 😁

but banana bread is naturally dense so i doubt it would be all that fluffy?

  Ewan ko nga, yung sinunod ko na video, ang sarap ng pagkaluto niya. 😁 Baka kasi may na miss akong isang ingredient - baking soda, expired kasi yung nasa ref kaya di ko na nilagyan. 🤣 Haay, dami ko pa lang expired dito. 😁😥

      may baking powder na din to, baking soda and baking powder kasi ang na recipe. Yup needed na maglinis, yang baking powder about to expire na din by the end of March. 😁😥
