Deal with your excuses today

We live in an age of excuses. There's no excuse for being ignorant and uninformed. The solutions to many of the world's problems are right in front of our faces but people choose to ignore them. Instead of people thinking and acting on the facts, they fall back on blame, dissatisfaction and lack of belief.

Excuses are the cheapest thighs you can get in the world at no cost, yet they are the most expensive in the world. Cheap because you don't pay anything to get them. Expensive because they can rob you of your mind, soul, and health and set you back years.

What kind of an excuses do we see these days? Some would give us an excuse to justify their own poor decision-making. Others would create a fake excuse just to get out of something or someone. A few others would make a legitimate excuse to cover for their own inhumane behaviour.

Funny that when it's your business, you make excuses for things that go wrong or your inability to function. Yet, when you are struggling with an issue and need a solution, you'll make the same excuses that got you into this mess in the first place.

The worse excuse today is the excuse for underperforming or not capable of doing a particular Job or thing. Everyone has the capacity to make it in any field, but excuses has held many back from achieving something meaningful in life.

The people you see making it big are not more talented than you are, they simply learn how to deal with excuses that most of us do not have the power or will to handle.

I was once asked "how do you make it in a field that you don't have the technical skills to handle?" My answer to that question was this: "Deal with your excuses and do your best. Don't expect everyone to support you, work harder for yourself."

You are not limited because you are not the best. You are limited because of your excuses . You can succeed where others have failed because you do not let your excuses overwhelm you. You stand in your own power. You control your destiny.

You need to learn to deal with the excuses that come with the territory. Don't don't blame others, so you learn how to deal with the disappointments, that come with being great and getting your own way.

Ignorance is not an excuse, it is a disease of a creative mind that prevents you from doing things you've always dreamt of doing. It keeps you from doing the things that have always worked for others. Don't blame ignorance. Poverty is not an excuse, it is the absence no much money. Don't blame poverty, it's actually a state of mind where you've given up on yourself.

You don't have to be a genius to be good at what you do, nor is it good to be a genius and not good. You are good, brilliant and equally talented to do things you have always wanted to do but couldn't because of the excuses holding you back.

The secret to doing great things is admitting you don't know it all and you do not know the next step in your journey. Be humble, turn your attention to the present moment, be here now. Success is the journey, not the destination. Success is the process. Never complain about the obstacles and hurdles you face.

Excuse those excuses today and watch yourself rise! Don't blame your problems on excuses. You cannot let excuses hold you back. You cannot let excuses stop you.

Excuses are the graveyard where potentials are buried and dreams are crushed. Make a better choice, don't let the excuses rule your life.

Stand in your own power. Don't let others' excuses take away your chances. You need to learn to do things your way. Don't let excuses in.
