Depression is a state of mind which is capable of throwing anyone off balance but so not succumb to it. Life comes with so many challenges but it's up to us to approach it base on our knowledge.

Eat good food as this is very important.
Always believe that there are better days ahead and what you are seeing now is just something that's temporary and not permanent.
