1. ALWAYS URGENT. Frequent urination is uncomfortable and quite a hassle. Although, there are many reasons why this happens, the number one cause is excessive drinking of water. According to Dr. Sangeeta Mahajan, MD, when an individual urinates more than seven times a day, should reduce drinking water and observe changes. And if you always get up at night to urinate, you should also reduce the amount of water you consume before going to bed.

3. EXTREMELY TIRED. When the kidneys function for many hours to filter out all the water consumed and balance the body's fluid levels, adrenal fatigue can be experienced, as well as an increase in stress hormones.

4. SWELLING HANDS AND FEET. According to experts, when the blood sodium level is out of balance, the fluids act spontaneously to correct it and the balance causes swelling of the hands and feet. Although, it usually occurs when an individual overeats salty foods, they need to drink water to digest them. However, swelling of the hands and feet is dangerous.

5. HEADACHE. As mentioned, over-hydration results in sodium imbalances, likewise, fluids fill the brain cells causing inflammation of the brain. However, inflammation puts pressure on the head which in turn results in pain.
