"Speaking up is too hard. "
Definitely true. Insecurities and fear of being judge always affect as from speaking that's why so many people are suffering from mental illness and some people let go so many precious chances.
Being shy won't bring you anywhere rather you'll be caged and won't be able to leave until you decide for yourself.
It's hard to speak up, but it is harder to let a treasure go because of your silence. It's just a matter of mental toughness and courage to strive hard.
Just speak, we will listen.
Introverts like me would find speaking very difficult to do especially in front of people. That's why my comfort zone is writing. Lately, I did find out that speaking in front of those I find comfortable to be with is easy. I think it's just a matter of how you face your insecurities and accept it.
