What is power nap?

According to dictionary:

A short sleep taken in the daytime in order to refresh a person.

Frankly, I don't take power nap because I do some advance reading in daytime. But I think I need to begin doing it. As we all know,we all need to sleep about 7-9 hours. But we all knew that sometimes it so hard to sleep maybe because of some activities we want to accomplish. As we are lacking of sleep hours, power nap became the way to complete it. Having power nap helps as to replenish our energy and improve our performances.

Also taking power naps helps us to fill the our sleep deprivation that affect our thinking and judgment.

I think I need to do this later and these are the effects of power nap based on how long you sleep:

25 minutes of sleep- boost alertness and motor skills

45 minutes of sleep- boost memory and enhance creativity

75 minutes of sleep - enhance problem solving skills
