Face to face is now prohibited beacause of the pandemic. We tend to use phone our phone in a daily basis. No hassle and easy to do things with it. Communication and checking of updates is much easier.
But as we all know, as we depend on our phones, we are prone of excessive usage.Instead of using it with efficiency, it became a distraction that that affects our productibility.
If you are having a hard time in minimizing usage of your phone,try to check this out:
Start to stop using your phone for about 30 minutes. And as day passes, try to add more minutes until you reach a certain goal of yours. In my case, my goal is 3.
Try to put it on a cabinet or anywhere just to avoid seeing it.
Uninstall all the apps that keep your mind distracted. If you are determined, you can do it.
Try to use applications that will help you to close other unnecessary apps.An example is "Off time"
