Fear is a natural unpleasant feeling especially if we are dragged to something we are uncomfortable.
Fear is also the thing that limit us in certain situations. A hindrance that need to overcome or to be prevented . It will hold you back until chances are gone. It may hurt you in the long run.
What should we do?
Fear is hard to fight but we have to and still possible to prevent things that will trigger it.
In my opinion, you can do a "fear-setting". It is a way to assess all your fear and help yourself to do ways to prevent its triggers. List all your fears in a paper and think about how will you able to prevent it.
But the best thing to do is overcome it. Instead of walking away, face it until you overcome it. It's a just a matter of mindset to move forward.
