Good morning guys

Hope your night went well , Mine went well as i received a tangible alert today that some salary earners might not even be receiving. I have been absent here for 3days and it's not funny, will I call it laziness or discouragement 🤷🤷🤷

A very smart move that i and my online friends took on an online business paid 3days ago , it wasn't easy but we still continued, encouraged ourselves and at last it paid. At first i was like the payment is taking too much time but unknown to me that i have been credited

That day looks like a different day to me as i am the type that hardly watch movie, waking up in the morning after the Family morning devotion, I decided to watch my country's local drama series (Nollywood) this movie was so interesting as it thought me alot of things. The Movie is titled "The Realtor"

I was like what's the meaning of Realtor, I wanted to delete it and download another one but something I don't know where it came from pushed me to keep and watch.

The movie was all about a man named David who was into Real estate business of which he act as an agent to a company and looks for potential client that will buy lands and properties, he has been into this work for several months but nothing to show for it and every night this young man is always having a dream and his physical demonstration on bed always tell if it's a bad one or a sweet one. He has a room mate who does nothing but depends on his friend, instead of him to look for something doing he will be busy mocking his friend and calls him Joseph the dreamer. But David later helped him discovered his potential as a comedian because he is fond of making people laugh of which he now creates online content to make people laugh so as to earn money for a living

The real estate man has a girlfriend but this girl is the type that doesn't fit him in the sense that she demands so much for money and he is someone that don't spend anyhow even though he has surplus, he will rather invest it on landed property in order to make huge profit because of this act, his girlfriend jilted him.

This young man also has a childhood female friend, they are very close to the extent her husband dislike him, she is married to a very rich man who believes his wife should only take care of the home and his child and not to do anything that will fetch his wife any money, he believes that he should be the only one contributing financially. David had always advise this friend of his to invest in a profitable business or better still buy landed properties for future use so she won't regret later but anytime she raised the issue to her husband it always cause big issue between the both of them but any time the girl ask for money no matter the amount he will release without any complaint, this girl put all hope on her husband as a money printing machine that can never fails and she doesn't have savings for her self of which David has always gone against but all his effort was futile. The most amazing thing between David's childhood friend and her husband is that they are not traditionally married not legally married of which David has always kicked against but all to no avail.

Finally David hustle paid off and he got a client that bought ba very large portion of his company landed properties and he was paid heavily for it, David used this money to acquire landed properties for himself of which he believes the price will appreciate in future and he can sell them off. Many of such clients came in and he bought more landed properties. But there was a day he went into an unfortunate deal with a client of which he was asked to return the money but you know what he has used it to buy landed properties of which if he sells it won't even yield the amount he used in selling it. He was stranded but his child hood friend friend helped him out and sent him the money but unknown to her David used it to buy landed properties in her name and sorted himself out with the client.

Few months later David was promoted and ask to manage the company branch in the western part of the country, and will be paid heavily for the Job. David relocated and his childhood friend missed him. Few weeks later David phone was switched off and no one could reach him all effort proved futile, but later report came in that David is dead that he had an accident ,oh no! It was so shocking as everyone morned David.

Day of reckoning has arrived

The husband to David's child hood friend met a female business partner after which they discussed business related, they went for launch of which the lady volunteerd to pay the bills, David try to stop her from paying but she in insisted she must fute the bills, this kept him surprised as no woman has ever paid for his meal. Because of what this investor lady did , he wasn't him self again, day and night all his thought were targeted towards his business tycoon patner because of her independent lifestyle

He began to treat David best friend anyhow, no longer respect for her and sees her as a liability. He now values his business tycoon and decides to marry her, he had the courage to do that because he was not legally married to David's friend.

No savings made by David's friend, he sent them parking and no where for her and her daughter to stay. The only thing that helped her was that the news about David's death wasn't real at all but he was truly involved in an accident.

David helped her and told her about the investment he made for her and has yeilded profit fifteen times.

This drama motivated me to learn how to save and be Independent because if you depend on human they will fail you one day. No man is 100% perfect , when you offend, they will use the goodness they have done in past to mock you

Secondly let's try and invest in things that will profit us in the future and not Ponzi get rich quick scheme that won't help you in future but rather suck your hard earned money.
