Worldwide:

The world has experienced catastrophic events for the last five years. 2020 I think was the worst year. The pandemic affected almost 90% of worlds population leading to the increase of poverty rate among poor countries. People are suffering not just from the virus but also from hunger resulting to increase of malnourished children and adults among third world or also known as developing countries.

Rich nations are racing to formulate and create a vaccine for the virus. Investing billions to produce a vaccine that could possibly end our suffering from this deadly virus.

During this hard and difficult times, Hope is in our horizon as some of the pharmaceutical companies told us that the vaccine was already formulated and mass production is on the way. By the second quarter of this year 2021, expert suggest that 50% of the world population must be injected with the vaccine to prevent further infection among citicizen.

Philippines:

The Philippine government was working hard for the last 10 months to contain the spread of the virus. Last March 2019 when the President declared strict community quarantine and boarder lockdown thereafter.

The government has done it's part. How about the citizens, do they follow what the government imposed to them?
