A 1 or 2 Guy:

As human beings, we all are different, with distinct physical characteristics, personalities and ways to react to problems, obstacles or new situations in our way. Regarding this last point, we'll talk in the next series of paragraphs about the most commonly used approaches to focusing on a particular project during the long run of Its beginning till Its final conception. What method is more comfortable will depend of the person, their upbringing and many more factors and priorities. Now, let's begin with them, by highlighting the first one:

1.- One at a time:

This one is popular with people that like to do one thing at a time, being simple tasks or more advanced enquiries. As the name perfectly describes, the metodology is pretty simple, just giving your attention and focus to a single piece of work till Its done and then moving on to another task.

Its principal advantage can show Itself in the quality of the work, where the time of uninterrupted concentration dedicated to the task at hand permits the person to focus in the more intricated details of It. On the other hand, as a disadvantage, It really slows down the process with regards to the other option.

2.- Various tasks over a particular period:

This might work in cases where time is the most precious factor, where by dedicating different slots of the determined timespan to the chosen subjects, we can a get a grasp of them in a quicker way, resulting in more work done over the long run.

While the benefit of this is provided by speeding up the workflow, It suffers from the quantity over quality effect, where juggling between different tasks might bring a constant back and forth between the information that might result in more distractions, overlooking of important details and other factors that might affect the final product of our work.

In this way, we conclude the article by remarking again that each one is more suited for different people, as some are more prone to distractions and other to really slowing down things, so the decision of which one to use will fall on how much time can be dedicated to the practice of solutions and what the user feels more comfortable with.

As always, we expect that this article can be of use to you, and that It can provide with the correct tools to decide which approach works better for you.

Which one are you?
