Maybe the last... All the little things

We're so accustomed to perform all our favorite activities frequently that we really haven't stopped to think that this cycle can come to an abrupt end, leaving us with just the memories of something that we took for granted and regretting not enjoying those last moments as we should have done. Along with this, we don't look at all the little things and systems that cooperate together to make what we define as a comfortable life possible, ignoring the fact that a lot of things had to come together in order to bring your own existence, not having enough gratitude for what we have in life. However, In this article I will like to dig deeper into the solutions to these inconvenients by presenting a couple of lines of thought to be more grateful of what we have and to enjoy all the things we do like there's now tomorrow. Let's begin with the first one.

Every time you do something It can be the last one.

Have you ever done something that you really enjoyed like taking swimming classes or practicing an instrument not knowing that It would be your last time doing It? Well, probably you have gone through that, and you can be sure that you feel some kind of pain for not being able to enjoy the moment more, choosing just to take It as another day more doing It and looking at the passing of time in a condescending way. A good thing to keep in mid whenever you do something is to remember that It might be your last time doing It. This will bring you much more focus as you will like to interact more with everything and you'll be much more mindful about what'll happen.

The stars aligned to give you birth

You can take It as a compliment If you want, though this is true. A lot of factors that could go in another way or direction have to click in a certain way in order for you to exist and all the things that you look at everyday, not being grateful enough for the fact that just living is a miracle Itself, and that even something as simple as grains of rice were the result of the work, the proper land conditions and a lot of things that could have easily gone wrong, not doing It and instead giving the result you see.

I hope that with this little article I could have provided you with some advice in how to be more grateful and engaged in whatever you do everyday, remembering that you're here due to an infinite number of causes and that whatever you do, do It like It is your last time. Thank you for your support and good luck!
