I hope everyone is well. Today I have appeared in front of you with a juice-filled milk puli pie recipe. I hope everyone will like it.
Cake is not our favorite. Any cake we like to eat with a lot of fun. And if the cake is soaked in delicious juice, then there is no point. It all ends in one sitting. One such fun and delicious cake is Dudh Puli cake. Let's not know the rules of making this delicious cake.
Ingredients :-
To make yeast:
# One and a half cup of rice powder,
# 2 cups of water,
# The amount of salt.
To make pur:
# Coconut Korano 2 cups,
# cloves 3/4,
# 1 tablespoon of flour,
# 1 cup of molasses,
# 3/4 cardamom.
To make kheera:
# 2 liters of milk,
# 1/2 cup of molasses,
# 1/2 cup sugar,
# 1 pinch of salt.
Method:
A. Put water in the pan. Boil water well and stir well with salt and rice powder. Make a good yeast by putting a little water in your hands while it is hot.
B. When all the ingredients of the cake have become sticky together, then stir in the flour. If it is sticky, take it down.
C. Kheera: Mix 2 liters of milk with 1 liter. Now stir in the rest of the cucumber ingredients.
D. Make small round rounds of yeast and make a coolie by filling it inside.Put the cooler on the bamboo sieve / aluminum in the mouth of the boiling water pot and steam it. When cooked, take it down.
E. Stir in the cucumber cakes for a while. Turn down and serve when cool.
